1. What services do you offer?

I provide the following mental health services:

  • Individual Therapy – One-on-one sessions tailored to your personal needs.

  • Group Therapy – A supportive environment where individuals can share experiences and  learn from others.

  • Licensure Supervision – Supervision for professionals working toward licensure in Oklahoma.

2. How do I schedule an appointment?

3. Do you accept insurance?

I accept the following insurances:

Blue Cross, Blue Shield, United Health Care, Cigna and Aetna.

If you are uninsured, self-pay options are available. My rate is $125 per individual session.

4. What should I expect in my first session?

Your first session will be an initial assessment where we discuss your concerns, background, and therapy goals. Together, we will create a personalized treatment plan.

5. How long are therapy sessions?

  • Individual therapy sessions typically last 55 minutes.

  • Group therapy sessions vary but generally last 60–90 minutes.

  • Licensure supervision sessions are scheduled based on the supervisee’s needs.

6. How often should I attend therapy?

Session frequency depends on your individual goals. Some clients attend weekly, while others opt for biweekly or monthly sessions. This can be adjusted as needed.

7. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

I require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

8. Is therapy confidential?

Yes, all sessions are confidential under HIPAA laws, except in cases where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or in situations involving child or elder abuse.

9. Do you offer virtual or in-person sessions?

I offer both in-person and virtual (teletherapy) sessions to accommodate different needs.

10. What should I bring to my first appointment?

  • A valid ID

  • Insurance card (if applicable)

  • Any relevant medical or mental health history

11. How do I get started with licensure supervision?

If you are seeking clinical supervision for licensure, please contact me to discuss availability, requirements, and supervision fees.

12. How can I contact you between sessions?

For non-urgent matters, you can email or leave a voicemail, and I will respond as soon as possible. If you are in crisis, please call 988 or go to the nearest emergency room.
